Carried west and made by hand in Clovis, California, every 24 oz jar is low-simmered and hand-filled with the same patience Marie used every Thursday and Sunday.

This is a rich, slow-built tomato sauce made with whole peeled tomatoes, garlic, onion, olive oil, peppers, and seasonings — the same simple ingredients Marie always used.
